I'm shutting the Legion down.
It's a decision I've been wrestling with for longer than I'd like to admit — the most important being how much time it eats into other tasks.
Fun fact: these broadcasts can take 1-2 hours to write, edit, and send. Some days longer if the muse has deserted me.
That's 1-2 hours extra I could be writing, marketing, or, most importantly…
SPENDING IT BEING A PRESENT FATHER TO MY YOUNG SONS.
Yes, they can be little terrors in the wee hours of the morning, and yes, Lady Laura and I have mostly forgotten what sleep is, but the boys are growing fast.
What's more, our eldest turns two next month. 🤯
Life moves fast if you're not paying attention, Legionnaire.
While roasting trolls, sharing opinion pieces, and just having a good ol' ramble warms my stone of a heart, it's not worth the cost.
So that's why, from tomorrow, this newsletter will be no more.
I know this isn't the news most Legionnaires wanted to hear today.
