Not Convinced?

I get it.You're hesitant to clutter your inbox — even for the chance to become a member of this exclusive cult clan.Even if these readers say otherwise:

However, instead of serenading you with fan mail and all the reasons why you should join, I'm going to give 4 reasons why you should NOT pledge fealty to the Legion.Ready?

1. I email daily. Some folks think fiction authors are these quiet, Vitamin-D-deprived recluses. Not me. I've got far too much to say and not enough time to spray it, so a daily cadence is a must. It keeps my fingers nimble, my spirit young, and my musings interesting.2. I’m unpredictable. One day, I might write about the trillions of galaxies in the observable universe and how pathetically insignificant we are. The next, I’m taking shots at House of the Dragon fans. My thoughts are random, but there's always a nice little nugget to take away.3. I’m not your typical author.I didn’t come out of the womb with a book in hand. In fact, I didn’t start reading properly until my 20s. Just know that my path here wasn’t “normal,” and neither is the Legion.4. I soft-sell in every email. This little fiction gig I've got going on here is fuelled by two things: coffee and sales. While my "pitches" are softer than butter left out in the sun, I know some people don't like to be sold on anything — not even a retirement plan. To those people, you'll want to stay far away. My "sales skills" are only getting stronger by the day, and I'd hate to convince you to buy something you might enjoy.

So there you have it...4 reasons why joining the Legion might NOT be for you.If you’re left unsure about subscribing, let me save you the stress: don’t.However, if you’re a bit like me — curious, slightly rebellious, and hungry for humour, personal stories, and something a little different — then you might just like what I've got primed for your inbox:
